We are proud to announce that Dr. Paulina Jo Pesch will take up the new junior professorship for Civil Law and the Law of Digitalisation at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg. As part of her new position, she will coordinate the new LL.M. programme “Law and Computer Science”, among other things.
Paulina Pesch worked as a research assistant with us at ITM in 2013 and 2014. Her doctoral thesis on “Liability and risk distribution in the procurement of Bitcoins and Alt-Coins” was published by C.H. Beck in 2017.
