Hello, and welcome to this training module brought to you by TIMBUS. This module will introduce you to the concept of a Software Escrow Agreement, explaining what this is, why you would want to enter into one, and what the major issues to consider are when doing so.
The module is split into four bitesized sections, which follow on from each other in order. Section one will introduce you to the use case and explain what an Escrow agreement is.
Section Two will explain the risks that are covered by escrow agreements. Section Three will outline the three phases of escrow. And finally, section four will go into further detail about the use case which was introduced in the first section.
