As part of the programme “Internet Economy” of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, a competence center was established at the University of Münster, analyzing the potential of hybrid structures. In cooperation with the chair of Prof. Dr. Klaus Backhaus of the Faculty of Economics, the Civil Law Department of the ITM is realizing the project “Trademarks and trademark law”.
