During the period from May 2001 to May 2005, the project “MobilMedia”, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, dealt with current developments in the mobile sector. As part of the accompanying research, the ITM was concerned with the legal evaluation and developed a guideline for the legal aspects of the mobile business. Furthermore, the ITM was in charge with the management of the Working Group “Task Force Rechtsverträglichkeit“ which analyzed improvements required as regards the legal framework for mobile applications.
